HR Officer - Manager

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or equivalent from a reputable school
Has a work experience as HR
Knowledge of employee relations and basic labor is an advantage
Experience in developing and planning internal systems (salary, evaluations, etc.) is a advantage
Familiar with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling interviews and on boarding processes
Experience in handling compensation and benefits and employee relations
Experience in handling government benefits
Knowledgeable in government rule and regulations (DOLE, NLCR etc)
Well organized and proficient in documentation record keeping
Proficient in both oral and written communications
Analytical, active listener, accurate and keen on details
Assertive, confident, highly motivated and can work with minimum supervision
Flexible, independent, results-oriented and can-do multitasking
Values confidentiality, tact and discretion in dealing with people
