* Experience in handling labor disputes and grievances, Knowledgeable in labor laws

* Guide and manage Human resources services, policies, and programs.

* Managing staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process.

* Supervise business operations and ensure that the employees are able to work efficiently

* Developing, reviewing, and improving HR/ Administrative systems, policies, and procedures

* Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses


 At least 5 years relevant experience in a Japanese

 Has experience in processing PEZA

 Has broad knowledge in all facets of HR

 Excellent interpersonal and management skills

 Flexible and trustworthy
