Basic Qualifications!

-At least 18 years of age

-A Filipino citizen or hold relevant status

-Must be at least high school (old curriculum) graduate or senior high school graduate (new curriculum)

-Must possess basic web navigation skills

-With good-excellent communication skills

-Must be conversant, energetic and emphatic, able to ask logical questions

-Able to multi-task

-Must have the ability to understand the customer’s needs.

-Willing to start immediately

-Preferably with 1-6 months call center experience, but not required as long as communication skills requirement is met
