Customer Service Representative - Night Shift

Educational Qualification: At least 2 years in college, has experience handling inbound customer service calls in BPO/call center setting, Candidate from technical support background would be an added advantage.

Good English communication skills

Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve customer concerns and queries

Strong analytical skills

Strong comprehension ability

Willing to work in a fixed night schedule
