Accouting Clerk - Makati
* Must be graduate of Accounting related course.
* Must be competent in Microsoft applications (e.g Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Must be organized and with good communication skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to switch from task to another is an asset.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Maintains accounting records.
* Monitor customer accounts for non payment and delayed payment.
* Update and maintain accounting journals ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable).
* Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
* Compile data or contract agreements and prepare a variety of reports.
* Check verify and process invoices
* Prepare payments for signature
* Sort, code and enter accounts payable data
* Analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices
* Maintain supplier and/or client files
* Update, verify and maintain accountingjournals and ledgers and other financial records
